Terms and Conditions of 716bet — Rules, Rights, and Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 716bet, operator of the platform available at 716bet.click. Using any 716bet service — including Sports Betting, casino games, jackpot slots, live roulette, and all other features — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms take effect as soon as you complete your registration on the platform. 716bet recommends saving a copy of this document for future reference. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, identified by the last updated date shown at the top.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of Responsible Gambling, which are integral parts of the contractual relationship between the User and 716bet.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create a 716bet account and use any of the platform's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not appearing on any sports betting or casino self-exclusion list in Brazil;
• Having full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 716bet employee;
• Must not hold any other active or inactive account on the platform.

716bet reserves the right to request proof of any of the above criteria at any time. Registration by users under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any associated balances, bonuses, or prizes.

Each User may hold only an account on the platform, linked to a CPF, email address, and a Pix key or bank account held in the User's own name. Duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

716bet follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with anti-money laundering and consumer protection regulations applicable in Brazil. These procedures may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point during use of the platform.

The documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key provided for withdrawal.

While verification is pending, 716bet may temporarily suspend withdrawals from the account. The review period for submitted documents is up to 5 business days. Users who fail to submit the required documents within the defined timeframe may have their account suspended.

For withdrawals of amounts above R$ 50,000.00, full KYC verification is required before processing, regardless of any verifications previously completed.

4User Account

The User is solely responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential — including their login, password, and any additional authentication methods enabled. Any activity carried out using the account credentials is the exclusive responsibility of the account holder.

If unauthorized access is suspected, or if credentials are lost or stolen, the User must immediately contact 716bet support at contato@716bet.click. 716bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of credentials by third parties when the User fails to report the incident in a timely manner.

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access, or selling, transferring, or assigning the account to any third party is prohibited. Account balances may only be withdrawn to a bank account or Pix key held in the registered User's own name.

716bet may suspend or close an account at any time if it identifies a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, attempted fraud, or behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform or other players.

5Deposits and Payments

All amounts on the 716bet platform are processed in Brazilian Reais (BRL, R$). 716bet accepts the following deposit methods:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. Balance credited in seconds;
• Boleto bancário — processed within 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card Visa or Mastercard — subject to the card issuer's approval;
• PicPay — processed in minutes;
• Mercado Pago — processed in minutes;
• TED Transfer by Brazil's major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. 716bet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, the User's financial institution may apply its own charges in accordance with its policies.

All deposits must be made using payment methods held exclusively in the name of the registered User. Receiving deposits from third parties or from business accounts for personal use on the platform is strictly prohibited.

6Withdrawals

The User may request a withdrawal of the available balance at any time, provided that:

• The minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 20.00 is met;
• No active bonus with a pending rollover requirement is linked to the balance;
• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed, where applicable;
• The account is in good standing, with no active blocks or ongoing investigations.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered by the User. The Pix key must be linked to a bank account held in the User's own name. The processing time is under 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00, 716bet may request additional documentation and the processing time may be extended to up to 5 business days, subject to internal security and compliance review.

716bet does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, if a deposit is reversed by the financial institution after the balance has been used for betting, 716bet reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from the available account balance.

7Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section at 716bet covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Conmebol Sudamericana, and state championships), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and other national and international competitions.

By placing a bet, the User agrees to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the User, except where the cash out feature is available and activated before the event concludes;
• The outcome of "Full Time Result" (1X2) bets is based exclusively on the 90 minutes of regular time, unless the specific market rules explicitly state otherwise;
• In the event of postponement, cancellation, or permanent suspension of an event, bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00;
• 716bet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error;
• Bets placed using insider information or in coordination with other participants to manipulate outcomes will be voided and the User's account may be closed.

The live betting (in-play) feature allows Users to place bets while events are in progress. Live odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during moments of uncertainty — goals, cards, injuries, or VAR reviews. Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid at the odds recorded at the time of confirmation.

8Casino & Games

The casino games available at 716bet — including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and progressive jackpot — are provided by certified developers with random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• All casino game results are generated randomly and impartially, with no possibility of prediction or manipulation;
• The RTP (Return to Player) shown for each game is an average calculated over a large number of rounds and does not guarantee returns in any individual session;
• Progressive jackpot slots may have a lower base RTP than regular slots, as a portion of the return goes toward the accumulated prize pool;
• Jackpot wins are random events determined by the game provider's RNG system, with no involvement from 716bet;
• 716bet is not liable for session interruptions caused by internet connection failures on the User's end.

9Bonuses and Promotions

716bet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotions to its Users. Each promotion has specific rules published alongside the offer, including an expiration date, rollover requirement (minimum wagering needed to release the bonus for withdrawal), and eligibility criteria.

General rules applicable to all 716bet bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid only for Users with a verified account in good standing;
• Each promotion may be used only once per CPF, residential address, device, or payment method;
• The rollover requirement must be met in full before any withdrawal from the bonus balance;
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement — check the rules of the specific promotion;
• Bonuses expire by the deadline stated in the offer, and any unused amounts are removed automatically;
• 716bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if it identifies abuse, the creation of multiple accounts, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited for the User, subject to immediate account closure and, where applicable, civil and criminal liability:

• Registering with false, incomplete, or third-party information;
• Creating more than one account on the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or incorrect odds — any such bets will be voided;
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes regardless of the sporting result;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party;
• Attempting to access 716bet's internal systems without authorization;
• Making deposits using payment methods belonging to a third party;
• Defaming, threatening, or harassing 716bet employees or other users of the platform.

716bet uses anti-fraud and activity monitoring systems to detect unusual behavior. If any of the above conduct is identified, the account will be closed, the balance may be held for investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

11Account Closure

The User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at contato@716bet.click. Prior to closure, any available balance (after deducting bonuses with pending rollover) will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 5 business days.

716bet may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Submitting false documents or information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Request by the User under responsible gambling (self-exclusion);
• Prolonged inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 716bet may hold the account balance as a precautionary measure during the investigation period. If the investigation does not confirm the violation, the balance will be returned to the User. If it does, the balance may be confiscated under the terms set out herein.

12Responsible Gambling

716bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Sports Betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The platform offers the following control tools, accessible directly from your profile settings:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the User;
• Bet limit — maximum amount per bet or session;
• Session time limit — automatic alerts and blocks after a defined period;
• Temporary self-exclusion — voluntary account suspension for 30, 90, or 180 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the User's request.

Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Users who request permanent self-exclusion will not be able to create a new 716bet account. Self-excluded Users will also no longer receive promotional communications from the platform.

13Privacy and LGPD Compliance

716bet processes Users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: account creation and management, payment processing, identity verification, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.

716bet has the following security measures in place to protect your data:

• 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications between the User and the platform;
• Financial data storage with AES-256 encryption;
• Restricted access controls on User information, with access logs maintained;
• User funds are held in accounts segregated from the company's operational funds.

14Limitation of Liability

716bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from Sports Betting or casino games played on the platform — the User assumes full responsibility for any losses incurred;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues;
• Internet connection failures on the User's end that interrupt gaming sessions;
• Third-party actions that result in unauthorized access to the User's account, where the User failed to report the loss of credentials in a timely manner;
• Betting decisions based on tips published on the platform — tips are editorial opinions, not guaranteed outcomes.

716bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the incident. The platform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or non-material damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

15Changes to the Terms

716bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the User via their registered email and/or through a platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.

Minor changes — such as text corrections, updated contact details, or formatting adjustments — may be made without prior notice, but will always be reflected in the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User disagrees with the modifications, they must close their account before the changes come into force.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the 716bet platform, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal action, the User must submit a complaint to 716bet's support team by email at contato@716bet.click, describing the issue in detail. 716bet is committed to responding within 5 business days and to seeking an amicable resolution before any escalation.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of initial contact, the User may file a complaint through consumer protection channels available in Brazil, including the Procon in their state and the Consumidor.gov.br portal.
